Inner Stewardship is the 'fruit bearing' branch of Space to Thrive. It's the umbrella for a range of resources and training programs, for personal and professional enrichment. It's based on a philosophy of empowerment, through psycho-education and the offer of a variety of supportive practices - that an experiencer can choose from. The website hasn't been completed yet, and the App - Inner Harbour, is being tested at the moment.
Inner Harbour — is a space designed to support people in understanding their inner world, at their own pace.
A place to pause, make sense of your responses, and begin building a steadier relationship with yourself.
Inner Harbour isn't meant to replace therapy, and if you're thinking about starting therapy, I'm hoping that it can be a helpful resource, to expand your emotional literacy, sense making, and to share a very gentle, straight forward model of trauma resolving practices.
It will share some profoundly supportive principles, and reframes the overwhelming thoughts and feelings we can feel at times.
Axis - the therapeutic, weighted pillow that offers an embrace, activating oxytocin and feelings of safety. It can accompany any mindful, embodiment processing, or be wrapped around you, when you need to rest and recharge, offering supportive, soothing pressure to shoulders, back and neck. Inner Harbour offers practices as a way of building the capacity to self-soothe and re-wire patterns of anxious, insecure and avoidant attachment styles.
Axis is made from 100% organic and biodegradable materials. It has been tested and seen to improve emotional regulation in every participant who took part in the research. It will be launched on Kickstarter in May 2026 - the link will be provided.

Inner Harbour App will provide psycho-education, supportive practices and explanations that could help you to feel more empowered to find the kind of therapy that will best support your journey.
The App can also offer you some framing, and self-understanding, to help you guide a potential therapist towards the best ways of supporting you.
When you begin the journey of change, and your nervous system begins to experience more connection, life can feel more intense, between sessions.
The process of therapy can strengthen your capacity to process past and present experience, without too many disruptions. The App supports you to continue to strengthen, between sessions.
Inner Harbour, can accompany you, with supportive concepts and a mindful place to pause, and digest big feelings.
So you can experience a growing sense of safety to 'be with' the more intense feelings, and feel more regulated, more often, between therapy sessions.
When therapy begins, we're kind of thinking about the day when coming to therapy isn't needed anymore.
The practice of self-reflection and being able to sit with our thoughts and feelings is like a 'muscle' we can develop in therapy. When life is challenging, after we finish therapy, it can be useful to have prompts and favourite restorative ways of checking in with yourself.
The App helps us to return to a sense of feeling resourced, accompanied enough to find your centre and sustain strength in your capacity to be with discomfort.
