Paula Hancock

Paula has 20 years’ experience supporting individuals with complex needs, empowering them to make positive change.

 

She has worked for 10 years in higher education as a Mental Health & Well-Being Practitioner providing person-centred 1-2-1 support - as well as working with multi-disciplinary teams. Paula has worked extensively with people experiencing mental health conditions and those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

 

Paula is passionate about demystifying mental health, and about helping people to make positive life changes - while accessing the best support possible. She develops deep insight into a person’s demands and requirements and then facilitates the acquisition of life skills and strategies for mental health and well-being.

 

Paula holds a BA (Hons) Applied Community & Youth Studies, as well as: PG Cert Mental Health Studies; HNC Social Care; CSCT Counselling Skills and Theory; and Dip Life Coaching.
