Self-Awareness: Regularly check in with yourself about your emotional and physical state... Create expression-connection-attunement

 

Establish Boundaries: Set clear limits between work and personal life.

 

Reflect on Motivation: Ask yourself why you do this work and if your intentions align with your values... Reconnect with your purpose

 

Develop a Support Network: Build connections with others who understand the challenges.

 

Practice Self-Care: Engage in activities that replenish you—rest, hobbies, mindfulness, or creative outlets.

 

Seek Balance: Schedule breaks, vacations, and non-work activities to maintain perspective.

 

Stay Connected to Purpose: Remind yourself of the bigger picture and celebrate small wins.

Embrace Community and Spirituality: Lean on community and, if it resonates, spiritual practices for long-term resilience.
